This course is for new or aspiring Middle Leaders in the Norwich area. It will help you to:

  • develop your self-awareness
  • relate to colleagues
  • lead a team to improve progress

Each session will be introduced by an experienced practitioner to address a key aspect of the role. You will then explore the issues raised in group activities and share good practice with colleagues from other schools.

Online resources will be provided to help you deepen your understanding and access useful tools. Visit in10.org.uk to look at what is available.

The course also includes a short action research project to enable you to put what you learn into practice and reflect on its impact.

Learn2Lead is recognised by Norfolk Children’s Services and research projects will be validated by Notre Dame Training School.
