7.1 Open your booklet and look at your draft booklet.  Give every page the same colour scheme.

7.2 Watch a teacher demo on how to insert a background

7.3 Find an appropriate background and insert it on page 1.  Write down the background on your draft booklet.  Then add the background to all your remaining pages.

7.4 Complete the checklist. (see teacher note below).

Teacher Note

The Feedback checklist can be done as a differentiated activity.

Work out who your High, Medium and Low ability students are.

Change your seating plan so that the HAP, MAP and LAP students are put alternately.

LAP=Group 1

MAP=Group 2

HAP=Group 3

Tell the students which group they are in and to only fill in their section of the sheet.

Students leave their checklist printout on their computer, display their leaflet on the screen and leave a printout of their leaflet on their computer.

The students then move to the next computer and provide feedback on the sheet.  They can also annotate the printout.

The students then do the same on the next 2 computers so that they give feedback to 3 leaflets in total.

If there are an uneven number of HAPs, MAPs and LAPs try to ensure that there is the correct number of HAPs so that everyone gets their leaflet checked out by a HAP.  LAPs and MAPs can be interchangeable if 2 people of the same group have already completed the sheet.
